Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

United States: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 (Domestic Only). For orders under $100, a flat rate or calculated shipping fee will apply at checkout.

International: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on relevant customs processes or high-volume seasons. Shipping time estimates are business days and do not include the 1-3 day processing period. Julian & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or postal strikes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order directly on our website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Julian & Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Issues Your satisfaction is our priority. While the title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer to the carrier, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.
